  • Eric Darnley MSW. LSW. LCADC

As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), I am dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each client. My practice is built on the belief that while everyone’s challenges may share common elements, each person’s journey is distinctly their own. This philosophy drives my commitment to providing a personalized approach to therapy. I focus on truly listening, empathizing, and closely collaborating with my clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their specific circumstances and aspirations.

I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic approaches. I have experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families at various stages of life. My primary area of interest is in supporting adults recovering from co-occurring substance use disorders as they navigate the complexities of the recovery process, as well as individuals facing everyday life challenges.

What sets me apart is my holistic view of well-being. I integrate various facets of life, including physical health, relationships, and personal development, into the therapeutic process. This comprehensive approach allows me to offer guidance that not only addresses immediate concerns but also promotes long-term resilience and fulfillment.

I am here to support my clients as they navigate their path toward positive change and emotional well-being. Whether tackling anxiety, substance use, overcoming life’s hurdles, or pursuing greater fulfillment, my mission is to empower clients with the tools and insights necessary for thriving. Together, we embark on a transformative journey towards a more satisfying and joyful life.
