    Dina Ditzel MA. LAC.

Hi, I’m Dina Ditzel, MA, LAC, a Licensed Associate Counselor dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths in a safe, supportive environment.

My approach to counseling is primarily person-centered and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that healing happens when we care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a warm, authentic space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, accepted, and empowered to be themselves.

While my foundation is person-centered, I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I integrate mindfulness practices and enjoy incorporating creativity and art into the therapeutic process when it supports a client’s healing.

I welcome clients from all walks of life and have a special interest in working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and early recovery. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
