As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating those facing personal obstacles such as transitional periods, anxiety, executive functioning, stress management, women’s issues, work/life balance, and self-esteem. While following a generally humanistic approach, my primary method of treatment focuses on client-centered counseling. I also tie in key components from a mindfulness-based approach.
