    Rachael currently serves as an LCSW. She uses a multi modal approach in therapy sessions, which guides her to determine the most effective technique for each individual. In addition, she works with those who experience anger, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal ideations, PTSD and thought disorders. Rachael has provided individual counseling to those in corrections, inpatient, outpatient and intensive outpatient settings along with medication assisted treatment.

    Amber is a behavioral health clinician committed to helping and guiding individuals on their path to wellness. Amber aids clients by providing support services and therapeutic counseling for adults, children, and families seeking to improve challenges with mental health, communication, or family conflicts. Additionally, Amber is focused on promoting child and adolescent well-being, while also advocating for at- risk adolescents and transition-aged youth. It is her mission to support each individual through a person-centered, individualized approach in a safe,therapeutic environment!

    As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating those facing personal obstacles such as transitional periods, anxiety, executive functioning, stress management, women’s issues, work/life balance, and self-esteem. While following a generally humanistic approach, my primary method of treatment focuses on client-centered counseling. I also tie in key components from a mindfulness-based approach.

    Janelle currently serves as an LCSW. She has experience working with a variety of ages and within a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and adult partial care. She has almost 4 years of experience within medical settings including an oncology program, palliative care, and hospice.

In some of my free time, I enjoy continuing my education into therapeutic technics through trainings and certifications in order to provide the best quality care in my practice.

    Our counselors bring diverse therapeutic modalities to the table, including solution- focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and other mindfulness-based practices, as well as trauma-informed care that includes brain spotting and EMDR, and more. This flexibility allows us to integrate different techniques and approaches that are responsive to your evolving needs.
