Jana Sasser LSW.

As a clinical social worker, I provide a compassionate and collaborative space for individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges. I am especially passionate about working with teens and adults who are living with severe mental health diagnoses, including those experiencing psychosis or complex trauma. I am certified by Yale University in administering the Structured Interview for Psychosis-Risk Syndromes (SIPS), and I use this training to support early identification, intervention, and meaningful treatment planning.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, solution-focused, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and attachment-based interventions. I believe that healing happens within safe, supportive relationships, and I work alongside my clients to build trust, foster resilience, and ignite change.
I love helping people set clear, achievable goals and develop practical roadmaps toward sustainable, life-changing progress. Whether you’re a teen navigating identity and emotions, a family working to rebuild connection, or a couple seeking to deepen trust and intimacy, I am here to walk with you—step by step—toward the life you envision.
