Maria Castaneda LCSW.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker, and I work with adults who are going through difficult or overwhelming times—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, grief, or just feeling stuck. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, where we can talk openly and work through life’s challenges together.
I focus a lot on helping people improve their relationships—both with others and with themselves. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you move forward at your own pace, always with care and respect.
As a Spanish-speaking immigrant, I understand how important culture, identity, and personal history are in shaping who we are. I bring that perspective into the work I do, especially when supporting members of the Hispanic community.
Therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and growth, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
